The 2025 Spring/Summer Boys Team Tryouts

There is a $12 tryout fee for each tryout day which is payable with pre-registration. Please only register and pay for one tryout day at a time. Players need to bring confirmation of tryout purchase with them to tryout.

Important: We need at least 8 players for a team. If we do not have 8 players registered for a team and the team does not come together, we will refund those of you who have paid.

Middle School Tryouts:

Wed 2/26 - Hidden Valley Field House (Directions)

Grades: 5th, 6th , 7th, 8th
Time: 8:00-9:30 pm

Sat 3/1 - Hidden Valley Field House (Directions)

Grades: 5th, 6th , 7th, 8th
Time: 6:00-7:00 pm

Sun 3/2 - Bellevue College Gym (Directions)

Grades: 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th
Time: 10:00-11:00 am

High School Tryouts:

Ages 15U &16U: 7:00-8:00 pm

RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AND PARENTAL CONSENT AGREEMENT I hereby release and discharge Team Dean, its agents, employees, staff members, directors, and officers from any claims, responsibilities or liabilities for injuries or harm incurred as a result of my participation and/or my child’s participation as a player or spectator in all programs and activities run by Team Dean Seattle. 1. I fully understand that: (a) these activities involve risks and dangers of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis, and death ("RISKS"); (b) these Risks and dangers may be caused by my own actions or inaction’s, the actions or inaction’s of others participating in the Activity, the condition in which the Activity takes place, or the negligence of the "RELEASEES"; (c) there may be OTHER RISK AND SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC LOSSES either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I FULLY ACCEPT AND ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOSSES, COSTS, AND DAMAGES I incur as a result of my participation or that of the minor in the Activity. 2. I authorize Team Dean, its agents, employees, staff members, directors and officers to take whatever action is necessary, in their best judgment, in an emergency and I hereby release discharge Team Dean, its agents, employees, staff members, directors and officers from any responsibility or liability related thereto. * Typing your name constitutes your signature and agreement with the above release.
